The holidays are over and it's back to reality for EVERYONE.
If only the cold could also go away...
Yep. For people in the north, snow already came.
While it's easy for us humans to get warmed up, it can be a different story altogether for conventional aquariums.

Just wanted to check in on you and hope that you’re all having an amaaazing holiday season!
As you know, we’re always experimenting.
We experiment to find cool new methods of hydroponic and aquaponic usage.
We experiment to further learn about how we can live sustainably, and take care of this big, beautiful Earth that we all live on.
And we also experiment to help you obtain the best results with your EcoQubes.
We’ve tested a LOT of different plants in our EcoQube Cs, and one of the more successful and beneficial tests has been with...
As mentioned in our blog post above, NASA needed a method of cleansing air aboard the International Space Station.
They performed numerous experiments with different plants, and published their findings on most effective houseplants for air purification in their Clean Air Study. The plants listed in this study were found to remove the most formaldehyde, benzene, and trichloroethylene from the air.
And guess what plant was found amongst their list?
If you’d guessed ivy, then you’re smart! �
If you want some fresh air in your residence, then ivy, or particularly the Golden Pothos would be a huge addition to your lineup of plants.
We all love clean air, but we also love clean tanks.
One problem that can exist within an aquaponics environment is when your plant reaches the end of its life cycle, and you have to replace it with a new one.
If too much time passes when you’re switching out your old plant for a new one, then your tank may have a little bit of buildup.
For the most part, Golden Pothos completely takes care of this problem!
They are one of the hardiest plants that exist. They’re extremely hard to kill, require little attention, and can grow like crazy. They’re a fantastic plant for beginners to start out with, and can help you avoid those pesky plant changes.

Ivy, in particular Golden Pothos, is an amazing air filtering plant that will thrive in your EcoQube C for a looooong time!
Golden Pothos is one of the best plants that you can choose to grow to provide you with some fresh, clean air. And it’s one of the easiest plants to grow, and will likely have a very long lifetime.
To get started with your Golden Pothos...
Simply stick it straight into your empty net pot making sure that the roots reach the water level. No plant medium is needed!
You should start to see it grow relatively quickly assuming that you already have fish in your EcoQube C :)

Soo, we’ve introduced the brand new EcoQube C+ to you.
But you might still be wondering, what’s the difference between the EcoQube C and the EcoQube C+?
Well…
You asked us if we could make the EcoQube C bigger, so guess what...
We did! The EcoQube C+ utilizes a larger, elongated fish tank with more room for creative designs (like recreating the Disneyland theme park in your tank?), and space for small schools of fish.
You asked us if there was a way to incorporate more plants in your EcoQube C, so guess what...
We listened! The EcoQube C+ will have 3-5x the space to grow your dream aquarium garden!
